Profit before tax (PBT) of Zim Laboratories Ltd stood at Rs 5.57 crore in Q2 FY26, jumping 129.22% year-on-year, and crashing by 212.75% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 1 crore, nosediving by 47.48% YoY and surging by 41.75% sequentially. Total expenses marginally dropped 5.89% to Rs 97.1 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 43.82 crore, falling by 11.83% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 19.18 crore, expanding by 10.29% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations declined slightly by 1.22% to Rs 374.4 crore, while net profit plunged by 52.01% to Rs 5.84 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 3681% to Rs 18.63 crore, and PBT tanked by 54.41% to Rs 8.21 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 49.53 crore in FY26, as against Rs 41.15 crore in FY25. Zim Laboratories Ltd soared by 42.74% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 2.64% during the same period.
